All the funds raised will be deposited in an official Bank account which has the name of the Project Chateaubriand. Brazilian Ministry for Culture and Ministry of Finances (CVM), both, control this account and they will only let us use the money once completed the amount of U$1,600,000.
If you shall invest this total your company will have a limited partnership of 30% on the gross revenue of ticket selling (movie version) and TV exhibition dealing (miniseries version). We have to reach this total in deposits in order to receive other items such as film lab discounts, KODAK discounts, shooting equipment, etc.etc. You will receive in your bank account the corresponding profits participation, provided that the values are greater than bank transfer taxes.

Till then we will be spending our own money trying to carry out preproduction of the miniseries CHATEAUBRIAND (a dramatized biography 35mm-shot telling the life of the man who brought Television system to Brazil in 1950, who promoted tropical parties in European medieval castles to increase cultural an commercial interchange, Brazilian ambassador to St.James' Court, who gave the collar Queen Elizabeth the Second wore during coronation cerimony, a curious character, a citizen of the world). All the research and the screenplay are ready, having received support from Ministry for Culture since 1992. Now we need to put it into action, shoot the scenes, bring it to the screens.

Producing films in Brazil is very cheap compared with Hollywoodian scheme. We do not have a stablished film industry, a market for crew and cast's high wages. On the other hand our business men are not used to invest in Cinema. We have to rely on the sympathy of companies and people who believe that Brazilian Cinema must survive.

CERTIFICATE OF AUDIOVISUAL INVESTMENT in Project Chateaubriand, which may give you profits from Brazilian Stock Exchange, since the movie version shall have Tickets's revenue it will be dealed in TV market. Nevertheless, that will be a DIPLOMA which will state for friends, relatives, clients, etc. you participation in this Cultural Project.
